Polyester Slings

Polyester slings are versatile and durable lifting tools designed for a variety of industrial applications. Made from high-strength polyester fibers, these slings offer excellent resistance to abrasion, UV degradation, and chemicals. They are lightweight, flexible, and easy to handle, making them ideal for lifting, securing, and transporting heavy loads safely and efficiently.

General Information

Polyester slings are available in various configurations, including flat webbing slings and round slings, to suit different lifting needs.

The flat woven webbing slings are made from a flat webbing in polyester, one or two sewn layers, with reinforced eyes at both ends, coloured and labelled in conformity to EN 1492-1 and EN 1492-2.

Each webbing sling is delivered with mark and conformity certificate according to D.Lgs. 17/2010 and Machine Directive 2006/42/EC. The slings can be supplied in a wide range of capacities (with colours indicated by the standards) and dedicated lengths. Their strengths are extreme ductility and lightness

High performance roundslings

Hyper-Lift

Unlike braided roundsling, the construction of an HYPER-LIFT is based on parallel laid fiber technology that make up the core.

The core of an HYPER-LIFT roundsling is always made of 100% high performance fibers such as bio-based Dyneema®, the world’s strongest fiber, or general HMPE. This makes the slings up to 15 times stronger than steel on a weight for weight basis and a weight reduction up to 80% compared to wire rope.

Tycan®

Tycan® chain is a brand-new product made in Dyneema®, and it has all the performances and flexibility of steel chain but with an extreme weight reduction.

It is highly safe to use, non-corrosive, non-conductive and completely waterproof, it even floats.

The lightweight makes Tycan® easy to use, allows quicker application and greatly reduces the potential of damage to cargo, a critical factor when handling objects with sensitive surfaces
